The following papers, collected, and seriously deliberated upon, by a number of linen-drapers in and near lisburn and belfast, are humbly presented to the right honourable and honourable the trustees of the linen manufacture, as materials for a linen-bill ; and humbly submitted to their consideration, preparatory to a new act of parliament for the better order, regulation, and improvement of the said manufacture
