Protest or dissent of Thomas Henchman, and Randle Jackson, esqrs. delivered into the committee of by-laws, of the East India Company, againft refcinding certain Refolutions for preventing Proprietors from voting upon their own contracts, or upon queftions in which they have a direct Pecuniary Intereft, and for fecuring to the Proprietors at large their Right of Appeal, by way of Ballot, from the determination of a majority prefent at any General Court.
